Biographical Information

"Mr. Gérard Philippot served as Chief Executive Officer of Unilog IT Services at Logica. Mr. Philippot served as President of Logica since 1992. He served as President of Unilog Industrie and Unilog Multi-Systèmes since 1987. He began his career as an Engineer with the organization consultancy CGO (Compagnie Générale d'Organisation). He served as Chairman of the Executive Board at Logica (Alternate Name is Unilog) since January 2, 1992 and Member of its Executive Board since December 30, 1988. He has been Member of the Management Board at Unilog since 1983. He serves as Chairman and Director of Unilog IT Services for Logica. He serves as the Chairman of Unilog SA. He serves as a Director of Unilog Management and Unilog IT Training. He serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Unilog Direction. He served as the Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board at Integrata AG. He served as Non-Executive Director of Logica PLC (Formerly Known as Logicacmg PLC) and Logica from October 2005 to April 30, 2009. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Amboise Investissement SCA and Mr. Philippot graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1962."
