Biography

"Mr. Gary P. Palmer is a Managing Principal and Member of Investment Committee at Westbrook Partners. He joined the firm's San Francisco office in July 2005. Mr. Palmer leads the firm’s acquisition, value enhancement, and realization activities in the Western United States. Prior to joining Westbrook, he spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley, serving most recently as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s San Francisco office, where Mr. Palmer was Head of the Western Region for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Group. He received a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in 1985 from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in 1990 from Harvard Business School."
