Geoffrey Garrett "is President of the Pacific Council and Professor of International Relations, Business Administration, Communication and Law at the University of Southern California. A Fulbright Scholar, Garrett was previously founding Dean of the International Institute and Vice Provost of International Studies at UCLA. He has also served on the faculties of Oxford, Stanford and Yale universities as well as the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has held fellowships at the Center for Advanced Studies in the Behavioral Sciences, the Hoover Institution, and the Juan March Institute in Madrid, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Canberra, and the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin."
