Gordon Tempest-Hay
"Gordon Tempest-Hay has been CEO of the PR agency, Blue Rubicon, representing some of the world’s biggest brands - McDonald's, Facebook, eBay, O2, Shell, and Coca-Cola, among many others, since 2005. In August 2011 he was appointed chairman of children’s charity, Rainbow Trust.
"Blue Rubicon is also known for its work on government campaigns including the high-profile anti-smoking and sexual health campaigns, along with significant work in the education arena.
"Prior to joining Blue Rubicon, Gordon was assistant MD at Fishburn Hedges, head of corporate affairs for Edexcel, and before that had a career in the Civil Service. His Civil Service career culminated in a post as private Secretary to the minister of state at the Department of Work and Pensions, where he took two bills - the Child Support Act 1996 and the Disability Discrimination Act – through the House."
