Graeme Pleasance was the Managing Director of HRL Ltd', an Australian public company involved in the coal, energy and power sector. (HRL is the acronym of the Herman Research Laboratory, the pre-privatisation name of the State Electricity Commission of Victoria's (SECV) R & D section). Private companies of media magnate Kerry Stokes own 20% of HRL.[1][2]
