Hengam Mapna power station also known as Hengam Combine Cycle Power Plant is a 614-megawatt (MW) gas-fired power plant, under construction (as of November 21, 2019) in Hormozgan Province, Iran.[1]

Background

In December of 2018, director of the Hengam power project Alireza Nasrollahi told reporters they were "halfway through" and that the "gas unit will come on stream next summer."[3]

As of Nov. 2019, according to MAPNA Special Project Construction Unit, the construction is ongoing.[2]
