Hibiki Kitakyushu power station

Hibiki Kitakyushu power station was a proposed 1,600-megawatt (MW) gas-fired power plant in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.

In 2016, Japan's Saibu Gas postponed the project after Kyushu Electric hesitated to sign a power purchase agreement. As of November 2019, the project has not progressed in more than two years and appears to be shelved.
