Hóa dầu Long Sơn power station was a proposed 225-megawatt (MW) coal plant in Vũng Tàu province, Vietnam.

In March 2019 it was reported the plant will be gas-fired.

Background

The project is listed in Revised Power Development Plant VII for the period 2016-2030. It is planned for 2017-2018, although an investor has not yet been identified.[1]

In March 2019 it was reported the plant will be gas-fired.[2]
