Hogan & Hartson, founded in 1904, is a lobbying firm that bills itself as the "oldest and largest major law firm based in Washington, D.C." Today it has over 1,000 lawyers serving clients in a practice that cuts across virtually all legal disciplines. Hogan & Hartson has a long tradition of representing companies and governments located throughout the Pacific Rim, as well as U.S., European, Asian and Latin American interests doing business in Asia and Latin America.
"In addition to the firm's nine U.S. offices, the firm has European offices in Berlin, Brussels, London, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Warsaw, and Asian offices in Tokyo Beijing, and Shanghai. These offices have substantial experience in representing clients in business, finance, litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory matters throughout Europe and Asia." [1]
