Mishan power station (华电黑龙江密山发电厂) was a proposed 1,200-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Heilongjiang Province, China.

Background on Project

In 2008 China Huadian's environmental impact report was approved for a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 1,200 MW in Heilongjiang Province.

However, there has been no news of the plant since 2008, and it appears to have been cancelled.

In 2016, the formal mayor of Mishan City was convicted 11 years in prison over his corruptive activities during the process of developing Mishan power station.
