Background on Plant
Units 1-2, totaling 250 MW, went online in 1998 and 2000 and were retired in 2013. The plant is owned by China Huadian.[1]
Proposed expansion
Two additional coal-fired units proposed at this plant have been cancelled as the company shifts toward developing wind power.[2][3][4]
