Huaneng Beifang Xilnhaote-3 power station (华能北方联合电力锡林热电公司胜利发电厂), also known as the Huaneng Beifang Shengli power station and the Huaneng Bayanbaolige power station, is a proposed 1,320-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China.

Background on Plant
In 2015 China Huaneng's North United Power was permitted to build a 2 x 660 MW ultra-supercritical coal plant at Xilinhot City.[1][2]
Construction was ongoing in June 2017. The plant is planned for operation in 2019.[3] Planet satellite imagery shows construction ongoing through April 2018.
