Background on Plant
Units 1-5 of Huaneng Changxing power station have been retired. The plant is owned by China Huaneng.[1][2][3]
Two new 660 MW units (units 6-7) were added to the power station.[4] Unit 3 began operating in 2014,[5] and unit 4 in 2015.[6]
