Background on Plant
China Huaneng has been permitted to build a 2 x 350 MW supercritical co-generation coal plant in the Economic Development District of Weinan, a prefecture-level city in Shaanxi.[1]
The project is under construction and planned for operation in 2018,[2][3] later pushed to 2019.[4]
