Huaneng Wuzhong Taiyangshan power station (华能吴忠太阳山综合利用发电厂) was a proposed 600-megawatt (MW) waste coal-fired power plant in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China.

Background on Project

China Huaneng said it is planning to build a waste coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 600 MW in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. However, there has been no news of the proposed plant since 2009, and it was likely cancelled.
