Background on Project
Huasheng Jiangquan Cogen power station is a proposed 2 x 350 MW coal plant in Xishantou Village, Luozhuang District, sponsored by Huasheng Jiangquan Group.[1]
Construction was reported in January 2017,[2] however satellite photos through May 2018 show no construction, and a meeting to discuss preliminary work on the project was held in May 2018,[3] suggesting construction is still planned but has yet to begin.
Construction was reported in March 2019.[4]
