Huasheng Jiangquan Cogen power station (华盛江泉罗庄热电联产项目) is a proposed 700-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Shandong Province, China.

Background on Project

Huasheng Jiangquan Cogen power station is a proposed 2 x 350 MW coal plant in Xishantou Village, Luozhuang District, sponsored by Huasheng Jiangquan Group.

Construction was reported in January 2017, however satellite photos through May 2018 show no construction, and a meeting to discuss preliminary work on the project was held in May 2018, suggesting construction is still planned but has yet to begin.

Construction was reported in March 2019.
