Suizhou power station (湖北能源随州发电项目) is a proposed 4,000-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Hubei Province, China.

Background on Project

In May 2012 China's Hubei Energy signed an agreement with the Suizhou county government to build a power plant with total capacity of 4,000 megawatts, at an investment of 15 billion yuan (US$2.37 billion).[1]

However, there has been no news on the project since the announcement, and it appears to be abandoned.
