Background on Project
In May 2012 China's Hubei Energy signed an agreement with the Suizhou county government to build a power plant with total capacity of 4,000 megawatts, at an investment of 15 billion yuan (US$2.37 billion).[1]
However, there has been no news on the project since the announcement, and it appears to be abandoned.
