Hulusu Coal Mine (中天合创能源有限责任公司葫芦素煤矿) is a permitted coal mine located in Ordos Inner Mongolia, China. It is sponsored and operated by Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co. [1]

Coal Mine Background

In March 2014, Hulusu Coal Mine was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC) for construction, boasting production capacity of 13 million tonnes(Mt)per year.[2]

The construction work has begun since January 2010, and the major part of the mine was completed in January 2017.[3]

In the same year, Hulusu Coal Mine started its experimental operation as approved by the Erdos Coal Bureau.[4]
