Hunlock Power Station is a coal-fired power station owned and operated by UGI near Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania.
The station's coal units 1 & 2 were retired in 1975. In 2009, the Pennsylvania DEP approved the retrofitting of Hunlock Creek-3 with two gas turbines. At the end of May 2010, the coal-fired boiler was retired.[1]
