The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (S.2845), commonly known as the 9/11 Reform Bill, became Public Law No: 108-458. The Bill bears the actual title "A bill to reform the intelligence community and the intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States Government, and for other purposes." It passed the House of Representatives December 7, 2004, by recorded vote: 336 - 75, and passed the Senate December 8, 2004, by Yea-Nay Vote: 89 - 2. [1][2]
