J. Thomas Bouchard

J. Thomas Bouchard has been a member of the Board of Directors of the temporary staffing company Manpower Inc. since 2001. He serves as Chairman of the Executive Compensation Committee and is also a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee.

"Mr. Bouchard retired as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of IBM in 2000. He also served as a member of IBM’s Corporate Executive Committee and Worldwide Management Council. Before joining IBM, Mr. Bouchard was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for U.S. West, Inc. He previously spent 15 years with United Technologies, where he held a variety of senior human resources executive positions. Mr. Bouchard is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labor Policy Association; sits on the Board of Directors for Nordstrom fsb; and was elected by his peers as a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources."
