Jacques Bougie
"President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcan Inc. from 1993 to 2001, and former Chair of Abitibi-Consolidated. He also serves on the boards of directors of Nova Chemicals Inc. and McCain Foods Ltd. Mr. Bougie was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 1994. He chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee of AbitibiBowater’s Board of Directors, and serves as a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee." [1]
