Biographical Information
"Mr. Bergman has been a Director of the Company since Jan 2008. He was a Founder and General Partner of DSV Partners III and IV and their predecessors. He currently serves as a Special Limited Partner for Cardinal Partners, LLC and Partner for Brantley Partners. He has served on the Boards of more than thirty companies. In the charitable sector, Mr. Bergman serves on the Boards of Concordia University (Advisory), Opportunity International, The Christian Center of Park City and the UCLA Foundation. He holds a B.SC. in Engineering and an MBA from the University of California, USA." [1]
