McPheeters "has over 30 years of experience with security planning, training, and operations. As a career naval officer, he has over 24 years of practical experience with providing security for physical plants, personnel, high value equipment, and sensitive materials. As a consultant with McManis & Monsalve Associates, he has developed and delivered a series of tabletop exercises that have provided organizations with a cost-effective and scalable approach to test, experience, practice, and improve a wide range of contingency plans, both within component work groups and across organization boundaries. He is currently providing security management consulting to the NIH Deputy Chief Security Officer (DCSO) and Emergency Coordinator (DEPC), with whom he is working to improve the NIH COOP." [1]
