Background

Jiangyin LNG Terminal is a proposed 3 mtpa LNG import terminal in Jiangyin, Jiangsu. A signing ceremony was held in December 2015 between project sponsor Hanas Group and representatives of Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone.[1][2]

As of July 2019 the project has not advanced in more than three years and appears to be shelved.
