Jim Hall

Jim Hall "joined the Board in June 2005. Post the Mayne Pharma demerger he became Chair of the Board's Audit & Compliance Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. He has more than 35 years in senior financial management roles, most recently as Executive Director of Finance at Orica Limited. Prior to joining Orica, he held a range of senior financial management roles over 32 years with BHP Billiton. Since retiring from Orica in April 2005, Mr Hall was briefly a Director of Affinity Health. Mr Hall is currently a Director of Alesco Corporation Limited, Centro Properties Group and the ConnectEast Group."
