Prior to his role at IER, Jim an investor and Vice President for Gastar, a publicly listed gas exploration company. Prior to his involvement in finance and real estate development, Jim was a Sports Executive. He spent 10 years as a Director of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League, where he oversaw all of the business administration and revenue generating aspects of the team, including broadcasting, sponsorships and stadium revenue."
- "Prior to his work with the Buccaneers Jim helped establish the Outback Bowl, a New Year’s day college bowl game that has generated millions of dollars for the Tampa Bay area. He is currently a board member of the Moffitt Cancer Center, one of the largest and highest-rated cancer centres in North America."
