Background on Plant
Beijing Energy Investment Holding and Shuangxin Energy Group have proposed a 2 x 350 MW power station. It was permitted in September 2015. The heat and electricity will mainly supply chemical production for Shuangxin Energy Group's Shuangxin Chemical Company.[1]
Construction began in October 2015.[2] It is planned for commissioning in December 2018.[3]
