Jingneng Qinhuangdao power station (京能秦皇岛热电公司) is a proposed 700-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power station in Hebei Province, China.

Background on Project

In April 2015 the Hebei Development Commission approved a request by Jingneng Power to begin preparatory work on a 700 MW cogeneration coal plant for the city of Qinhuangdao.

The project was permitted in December 2016. It is started construction in the end of 2017.
