John Clarke "is Vice Chairman of Nevsun Resources Limited, an exploration and development company engaged in gold and base metals exploration in Africa. He is also a director of Mediterranean Resources Ltd. Prior to joining Nevsun in 1997, he was an Executive Director of Ashanti Goldfields and was responsible for strategic planning and business development. John has a Ph.D. from Cambridge University and M.B.A. from the University of Middlesex."
