John O'Brien is an in-house lobbyist with NRG Energy, a U.S. utility.

NRG Energy spent $230,000 on in-house lobbying costs in 2008 and a further $50,000 to date in 2009.[1] The registered lobbyists were Steve Corneli, Scott Fisher and O'Brien.
