Background on Project
Kailuan Group, GCL Poly Energy Holdings, and China Resources are currently building a two-unit waste coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 600 MW in Hebei Province.[1] Construction began on November 18, 2013.[2] Unit 1 was reported as in operation in March 2015,[3] and unit 2 in September 2015.[4]
