"Kalahari is being actively sought out by major mining players including Rio Tinto, which has a 15.8% holding in the Company, and Emerging Metals which has a 9.84% stake. Stephen Dattels is a driver of Emerging Metals and interestingly his most recent transaction was the sale of UraMin Inc., in July 2007 to Areva, the French government-owned fully integrated uranium company for $2.5 billion."
