After obtaining his B.S. in Management and Technology at the U.S. Naval Academy, he went on to pursue a M.S. in Operations Research at Naval Postgraduate School. His career as a division officer in the navy afforded him valuable experience in the areas of business war gaming, supervision, leadership and time management. As a consultant with McManis & Monsalve Associates, his areas of expertise include strategic and operational planning, project management, and call center operations design and management.
