Kevin G. Nealer
Kevin G. Nealer is a Senior Fellow of The Forum for International Policy. "He is a specialist in trade law and policy, Mr. Nealer is a member of the Advisory Council of Georgetown University's Center for International Executive Education, serving as Lecturer and Adjunct Professor of Georgetown's school of Business. He participated as Fulbright Professor of trade law and policy in the People's Republic of China. Mr. Nealer is the author of numerous articles on political economy appearing in The Asian Wall Street Journal, The Christian Science Monitor, Journal of Commerce, and other periodicals. As moderator of the TRW/General Electric Congressional Staff Forum, he works with trade policy makers to encourage bipartisan debate on emerging issues in international economic policy. He is a member of the National Defense University's Track II: China Dialogue team and the Institute for National Strategic Studies Working Group on Interest-Based China Policy. A former career Foreign Service Officer and policy advisor to the Senate Democratic leadership, Mr. Nealer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree form Case Western Reserve University School of Law."[1]
