Kevin McCann

Kevin McCann, a Director of Bluescope Steel "since 10 May 2002, was Chairman of Allens Arthur Robinson, a national law firm untill the end of 2004. He was a partner of the firm from 1970 untill 2004, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, mineral and resources law and capital markets transactions. Mr McCann is Chairman of Healthscope Limited, Origin Energy Limited, Triako Resources Limited, and the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust. He is a Director of Macquarie Bank Limited and has served on the Boards of Pioneer International Limited, Ampol Limited and the State Rail Authority of New South Wales. He is also a member of the Takeovers Panel and a member of the Defence Procurement Advisory Board."
