The Kissinger McLarty Capital Group was co-founded by Ranch C. Kimball, who is the Group's Managing Director.[1]
On August 29, 2001, the Dow Jones Business News announced that Mack McLarty and Ranch C. Kimball, an Advisor to McLarty's consulting firm Kissinger McLarty Associates, "who have connections with private equity partners," had "notified Excite@Home (ATHM) (identified as an Internet company looking to escape its severe cash crunch) of their interest in gaining a minority or majority stake, depending on the arrangement, these people say."[2]
On September 30, 2002, the Kissinger McLarty Capital Group was listed by the Stanford Graduate School of Business as a "recruiting organization."[3]
