Kristiina power station

Background

The power plant consisted of a 220 MW oil-fired unit and a 242 MW subcritical coal unit, commissioned in 1974 to 1983 and owned by Pohjolan Voima.

In 2015 Pohjolan Voima decided to retire the coal plant.
