Background on Plant

In a 2008 investor presentation, Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering described this as a 2 x 135 MW independent power producer (IPP) project in Kuala Tanjung, North Sumatra. However Truba Alam Manunggal's 2011 annual report did not mention the project, indicating that it had been dropped from consideration.
