Background on Plant

In a 2008 investor presentation, Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering described this as a 2 x 135 MW independent power producer (IPP) project in Kuala Tanjung, North Sumatra.[1] However Truba Alam Manunggal's 2011 annual report did not mention the project, indicating that it had been dropped from consideration.[2]
