Larry Hanauer
At the Department of Defense, Larry Hanauer worked at the "Israel/Syria/Lebanon desk ... Near East South Asia (NESA)" in the Pentagon's Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, International Security Affairs."[1]
Larry Hanauer graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, in 1995. Amidst the events of September 11, 2001, Hanauer "fled the damaged headquarters building with fellow Fletcher graduates Jay Wilkins, F'88, and Mustafa Popal (F'01)."[2]
