Biographical Information
"Laura was appointed as CEO of Penny Brohn Cancer Care in May 2014, having worked in the health and wellbeing sector for the past 25 years.
"Laura was an Executive Board member at Nuffield Health for 5 years and the Managing Director of the consumer fitness division. This involved the leadership of 65 Fitness and Wellbeing Centres across the UK including the successful acquisition of Greens in 2012. She was the founder Operations Director of the Sona group, which was bought by Nuffield in 2005. She directed the re-engineering of the health assessment business and managed the development of the largest physiotherapy network in the private sector."[1]
Prior to this she worked as a Regional Manager for Forte Hotels and as a Spa Consultant to Molton Brown and the Thistle Hotel Group. [1]
