Lawrence M. Crutcher

Lawrence M. Crutcher "is a member of the Board of Advisors of Veronis Suhler Stevenson. From 1990 through 2004 he was a Managing Director at VSS specializing in direct marketing-related businesses and the consumer magazine and book industries, both in the U.S. and abroad. He completed the joint venture agreement between American Express Publishing Co. and Time Inc., wherein Time manages the American Express properties. Mr. Crutcher has long-term relationships in the catalog, list management and juvenile publishing industries, as well as in the magazine and trade publishing categories. His work now also includes newsletters and medical education companies. Mr. Crutcher joined VSS after a 22-year career at Time Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Book-of-the-Month Club."
