"Lillian E. Waters has been interested in UFOs and Alien Abductions for over 40 years. In 2008 she joined the Mutual UFO Network and has held the positions of Field Investigator, State Section Director and Chief Investigator. Ms. Waters has a B.A. in English, with a minor in Religion from Hunter College, City University of New York. She also has a strong background in Psychology and had worked for several years as a Research Assistant in Hunter's Social Psychology Lab." [1]
