Background on Plant
Guizhou Panjiang Investment Holding are planning two coal-fired units at Liuzhi Special District, with a total planned capacity of 600 MW, known as Liuzhi Inferior Coal Phase II.[1][2]
However, with no developments in over four years, the project appears to be cancelled.

Due to new restrictions announced during 2016 by the National Energy Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission, further capacity expansions at this location appear to be on hold or cancelled.
