Background on Plant
The project was included in the 2013-2022 Electricity Supply Effort Plan of PT PLN Persero and in the 2015-2024 supply plan.[1][2] The project appears in the 2017-2026 RUPTL with a completion date of 2019.[3] The project is scheduled for 2021/2022 in the 2019-2028 long-range plan.[4]
