Background on Project

Long Chen Paper Jingzhou is a 3 x 35 MW coal-fired power station for the captive use of sponsor Long Chen Paper Co. It is under construction in Songzi, Jingzhou Prefecture, and planned for operation in 2017.[1]

Both the Long Chen Paper Jingzhou captive power station and the paper mill have been operating since October 2017.[2]
