Long Chen Paper Jingzhou is a 3 x 35 MW coal-fired power station for the captive use of sponsor Long Chen Paper Co. It is under construction in Songzi, Jingzhou Prefecture, and planned for operation in 2017.

Both the Long Chen Paper Jingzhou captive power station and the paper mill have been operating since October 2017.
