Biographical Information
"Lord Hodgson was appointed as Chairman of RFIB when FF&P invested in the company in July 2007. Lord Hodgson is also Chairman of Nova Capital Management and Johnson Brothers & Co Limited and is the Senior Independent Director at Marstons plc. He is the former Chairman and founder of Granville Baird Group Limited. He has also held a number of other Board positions including Chairman and founder of Community Hospitals Plc and Director of the Securities and Futures Authority. He was a Conservative Front Bench spokesman on Trade & Industry and Home Affairs 2002-2006 – leading on the Companies Act 2006."[1]
