Malcolm James "is currently the CEO of the AEC. Prior to the AEC Malcolm was the Principal/ Executive Chairman for Resource and Capital Management. During this period Malcolm has been the director (executive and non-executive) for several listed companies in Australia and overseas. Malcolm has always assisted those less fortunate in a financial and hands on manner. This includes activities in Montenegro, Zimbabwe, Vietnam and Australia."
