Mark A. Bloomfield

Mark A. Bloomfield "is president and CEO of the American Council for Capital Formation (www.accf.org), a business-oriented economic policy organization. The ACCF conducts research, educates the media and engages policymakers on U.S. economic policy, in particular, tax, regulatory, energy/environmental and trade issues. He is also a founding director of the International Council for Capital Formation (www.iccfglobal.org), based in Brussels.
