Mark Donegan

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Castparts. "Mr. Donegan came to PCC from General Electric Company in 1985. He has held numerous management positions with the Company before becoming Chairman. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Donegan was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2001 to 2002, was elected to the position of Chief Executive Officer following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in August 2002, and was elected to the position of Chairman following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in August 2003."
